Signing up is fast and easy! Follow these steps and you'll be on your way to safer sex! It's private. Only the people you choose to share your status with can see it! If you need to, you can print this page out to help you remember the steps.

Step 1:
Create your membership profile with identifying information, much like a dating profile. Don’t worry; your personal information will not be shared publicly, and only your status will be available when you choose to make it so. Carexo.com profiles are hidden by default.
Enter the test facility and select the tests you plan to take. It's ok if you're not sure where you're going to go yet (we will enter that info for you later).
Step 2:
You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided with your login information. Login to your account and agree to the Terms of Use and proceed to log on. When you’re ready to go get tested click the "Test Request Form" link and print it out. This is the form you take with you to your test site.
Step 3:
Get Tested! The most important step! You’ve taken the first and most important step toward taking care of your health! When done ask the admin staff or receptionist to fax the form to our offices for data entry into your account. It can take between 10 minutes to 24 hours (depending on volume) to update your profile with your test results. Keep a copy for yourself. If you are getting tested at a mobile unit, you will have to send the form back yourself to us for entry.
Step 4:
Good job! Now Download the PlaySafe™ app from the Android market and Itunes. Once you log into your account from the app you are ready to use your CareXO profile on the go. Your condom now has a digital buddy looking out for you!
It’s generally good practice to confirm HIV/STD statuses (and XO ID numbers) with a potential partner before engaging in sexual behavior. Always PlaySafe™!
